Licences

Licences are per admin, per year, and renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time.
The Free plan is a 15-day trial, counted from the first day an admin opens XpertAdmin. During the trial you can write up to 25 rows per run and export without limit.
When the trial ends, runs and exports pause until you buy Standard or Professional. The same applies if a paid licence is not renewed.
Each licence covers one admin, identified by that admin’s Google Workspace email address.
Your licence fee covers use of the software for the period you paid for. Email support is included only with the Professional plan.

You are responsible for the changes you run against your Google Workspace directory. Use Dry run and test on a small batch first.
You must have the Google Workspace admin rights needed for the operations you run.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
XpertAdmin accepts no liability for changes made to your directory or for any loss arising from its use.

You can cancel at any time. Your licence then stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
If you are not satisfied, email support@xpertadmin.com within 14 days of a paid purchase for a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
XpertAdmin is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

XpertAdmin is provided by Parityfox Services LLP, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
