What to include

• Your Google Workspace domain.
• Which operation you ran, for example Create Users or Add Members.
• The Status message from the row that failed. It usually tells us exactly what went wrong.

Common fixes

• “Not authorized” errors: the account running XpertAdmin needs super admin rights, or a delegated admin role that can manage users and groups.
• “Entity already exists”: the user, group or alias is already in your directory. Remove that row or change it to an update.
• A run stopped part-way: click Run again. Rows already marked OK are skipped.
